The main zipper pocket is spacious with a partial divider up against the inside back to help hold contents in place. There is a small front outer pocket about 12” tall and 9 1/2” wide with a zipper closure. The Backpack has soft lightly padded adjustable shoulder straps, and a small handle at the top to lift or hang the bag from. The entire bag is soft padded and quilted.
